As a part of our pledge to normalise period talk, we wish to ‘get the ball rolling’ by starting the conversation. Through our Instagram page and this website, we hope to inspire you to share your period stories - the highs, the lows and any near misses you are happy to share, we’d love to hear them all!

Through our social media DM’s, we are excited to hear, share and discuss the realities of periods. These stories will be kept anonymous and posted on our instagram highlights or right here on the website.
