About us...

Hello! We are Sophie and Grace, from Nottinghamshire! We have come together to help raise awareness about period poverty and all that this involves. Having been exposed to the matter and aware of it for many years, we can now act upon our pledge to make a change. 

 

The COVID-19 pandemic gave us time to research and understand period poverty. We wish to help by shedding light on the matter and allowing others to share their stories, indicating how we can help to make a difference.

Since starting this blog we have connected with so many people also trying to change the stigma around periods! Now Sophie is on her way to being a lawyer and Grace is back at University studying Human Rights Law and Political Science. We aim to continue to help change the stigma and cont
